PROT_01 Encryption_At_Rest_&_Transit

Storage

All project data is stored on AES-256 bit encrypted volumes. Access is restricted via hardware-based MFA (U2F/Yubikey).

Transmission

Deliverables are never sent via standard email. We utilize PGP-encrypted channels or secure, self-destructing audit portals.

PROT_01.1 Access_Control_&_Segregation

Access to client data is strictly limited to authorized personnel on a need-to-know basis. Role-based access controls (RBAC) are enforced, with all access events logged, monitored, and subject to internal audit.

PROT_02 Retention_&_Purge_Policy

>> PHASE_01: Project data is archived for 30 days post-engagement for remediation support.
>> PHASE_02: At T+31 days, all volatile artifacts and PoC exploit code are purged.
>> PHASE_03: Hard-drive sanitization follows NIST SP 800-88 standards for absolute data destruction.

PROT_03 Client_Data_Ownership

All data generated, collected, or derived during an engagement remains the sole property of the client unless otherwise agreed in writing.
