CLAUSE_01 Limitation_Of_Liability

In no event shall Anon's Lab., its researchers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of profits, data corruption, or system downtime occurring during the simulation of offensive security testing.

"The total aggregate liability of Anon's Lab. shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for the specific engagement causing the liability."

CLAUSE_02 No_Absolute_Security_Warranty

Cybersecurity is an evolving field. A security assessment provides a snapshot of the security posture at a specific point in time.

Anon's Lab. does not warrant that the services will identify every possible vulnerability or that the client's systems will be immune to future breaches or zero-day exploits. Our findings are based on the tools and methodologies active at the time of the audit.

CLAUSE_03 Client_Indemnification

The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Anon's Lab. against any claims, losses, or damages brought by third parties (including SaaS providers, ISPs, or hosting partners) arising from testing activities performed on assets that the Client authorized as "In-Scope."

CLAUSE_04 No_Unauthorized_Use

Nothing in this document, nor any information provided by Anon's Lab., shall be construed as authorization to perform unauthorized testing, hacking, or any illegal activity against systems not explicitly owned or authorized by the Client.

CLAUSE_05 Third_Party_Tools_&_Links

Anon's Lab. may reference or utilize third-party tools, frameworks, or external resources as part of its services. Anon's Lab assumes no responsibility or liability for the functionality, security, or outcomes associated with such third-party tools or external links.
